Sometimes it is hard to wake up and get moving, we get it! This seven minute flow will help to wake up your body and mind, and get you ready for the day ahead. This flow can be used on its own or serve as a warmup to any of our other sequences or your own workout!

This modified plank series shows you how you can modify your pushup or chaturanga in any of our classes or series! This is great if you are working on building strength for full plank/pushups/chaturangas. You can take this at your own pace and remember that child's pose is always available to you if you need a break!
This series includes some quick stretches that you can incorporate into any workout to warmup and start to lengthen your hamstrings! If you have really tight hamstrings, we suggest using a couple yoga blocks as you go through this flow to bring the ground closer to you so that you do not over stretch your hamstrings.
This eight minute flow focuses on linking movement and breath! We guide you through this series, but feel free to speed things up or slow them down to better align with your breath! Listen to your body take this series at your own pace. This flow is great for getting your heart rate up and building heat.
