Sometimes it is hard to wake up and get moving, we get it! This seven minute flow will help to wake up your body and mind, and get you ready for the day ahead. This flow can be used on its own or serve as a warmup to any of our other sequences or your own workout!

Build heat with this five minute sun salutation warm up. We move through half sun salutations, slowly at first and then picking up speed. Then, high plank/low plank (chaturanga) to upward facing dog and downward facing dog are added in for Sun Salutation A.
As you move through Sun Salutation A, remember that you can always lower your knees down to the mat during high plank if you notice that your hips are sagging or if you have any lower back pain. Similarly, you can stick with cobra if up dog is not in your practice.
