Balance Series (10 Minutes)

This 10 minute flow is all about balance. Have fun as you move through these postures. If you fall out of a pose, jump back in! We hold each of the balancing postures for a few breaths. Try to steady your inhales and exhales to help with your balance and focus. As with any of our flows, you can modify these to fit your practice.
