There couldn’t be a better time to bring our monthly intentions back than now! This month, we invite you to let go of what you can’t control.

Instead, focus on what you can control, the things that serve you better. For example, we can control our thoughts, actions, attitude, and breath. And those things can lead to meaningful changes!
