For the month of August, we are setting our intention on training! Training doesn’t have to mean physical training, it’s anything you can do to set yourself up for success in your life!
Nick is doing a 50-mile ruck again this year, so he has officially started his training to have a successful ruck in November. Natalie takes some time to herself every night after the baby has gone to sleep to decompress and plan for the next day to make the next day successful!
