This 10 minute flow is a sneak peak into one of our classes that we developed with surfers in mind! The class helps to build strength and improve stability; and although we had surfers in mind when developing this class, it is great for anybody! This 10 minute series shows a part of our strength building series, moving through chaturangas and building poses of off one another.
If your body isn't warmed up yet, we suggest starting with our five minute sun salutation warm up. If you notice your hips starting to drop as you move through chaturanga (high plank to low plank), you can drop your knees in high plank. Feel free to hit pause if you need to take a quick break in child's pose or grab a sip of water and jump back in when you're ready!
