Ragdoll
Ragdoll is a great way to release tension in your upper body and stretch your hamstrings. Did you know that it's also an inversion?! Here are our top tips for this pose:
1. Keep your feet hip-width distance apart for a solid and sturdy foundation.
2. Bend your knees as much as you need to for your upper body to relax. Fold forward from your hips, not just your back.
3. If you want to sway from side to side, move from your hips rather than just moving your shoulders/arms. Your entire upper body should sway left and right.
