Rag doll is a great way to release tension in your upper body and stretch your hamstrings. We’ve got our two big tips for you this week:
If you want to sway from side to side, move from your hips rather than just moving your shoulders/arms (see video).
Bend your knees! You want to be folding forward from your hips, not just your back. You can bend your knees as much as you need to to really allow your upper body to relax here and keep from over stretching your hamstrings.
