Get Outside

We spend a lot of time indoors; some days, the only time we're outside is to go from the house to the car to the office and back (and that's if you don't have a garage!). Getting fresh air, putting our hands in the dirt, or dipping our toes in the water can help you feel more grounded, relaxes, and even make your breath come more naturally!

Great ways to get outside include:
- Going for a walk
- Moving your workout or yoga practice outside
- Watching the sunrise or sunset at your favorite beach or park
- Playing fetch with your dog
- Working in the garden

The possibilities are endless here! Put your phone down, turn your computer off, and get outside!
