Lengthening Legs (10 Minutes)

This short flow is designed to help lengthen (stretch) your legs after a long day sitting behind the computer or in the car. Don't worry if one side feels tighter than the other, that's totally normal! Go where you can, remembering to listen to your body as you move through these poses. You should feel deep stretches, but never any sharp pain.
