Yoga has been shown to provide physical and mental benefits to students. The physical aspect of the practice helps you build strength, improve balance and flexibility, and tone muscles. Incorporating yoga with your current workout routine or athletic activities can help improve performance and prevent injury. Yoga has also been shown to reduce stress and improve focus.

Black Sand Yoga offers private yoga sessions as well as small group classes. We will travel to you if you live in the following areas: Rockledge, Viera, Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach, or Indian Harbor Beach. If you live outside of one of these areas, please contact us prior to purchasing your private or group session.

Private Sessions - $65.00

Private sessions are a wonderful way to begin your yoga practice, or build upon your existing routine. With yoga classes on your time, you may find that you feel less rushed and more rewarded after each session. Sessions will focus on your current abilities and will help you work toward what you would like to achieve. Private sessions are one hour, with 45 minutes focused on the physical practice and 15 minutes reserved for additional coaching tips & tricks.

Who are private sessions for?

Private sessions are great for new or experienced students who are:

  • looking for one-on-one coaching
  • feel intimidated by group classes
  • have busy schedules


Prefer to practice with friends? We have you covered! We teach small group classes (two to six people) at your home, office, or other agreed upon location (e.g., beach, park). We are happy to accommodate groups larger than six people; please contact us prior to purchasing a small group class. Each class is one hour in time, but can be adjusted to fit your schedule.
