Private Sessions

Private sessions are a wonderful way to begin your yoga practice, or build upon your existing routine. With yoga classes on your time, you may find that you feel less rushed and more rewarded after each session. Session will focus on where your current abilities and will help you work toward what you would like to achieve. Private sessions are one hour, with 45 minutes focused on the physical practice and 15 minutes reserved for additional coaching tips & tricks.

Who are private sessions for?

Private sessions are great for new or experienced students who are:

  • looking for one-on-one coaching

  • intimidated by group classes

  • have busy schedules
