Table Top Crunches

Table top crunches help to work on your balance, build your core strength, and heat up your body, which is why we include them at the start of Endless Summer. Here are our top tips:

  • Engage your entire body! Imagine that you're using your core to pull your knee toward your elbow and chin toward your chest.

  • Feeling off balance? Tuck your back toes under to help solidify your base (see picture 2 below).

  • If you feel like your over-arching your back, keep both hands down on the mat as you bring your knee toward your nose (see picture 3 below). This will help you build core strength without straining your back.
