Yoga Workshops for Surfers

Are you a surf coach or surf team looking to bring something fun and different to your group event? BSY offers 1-hour workshops that cover specific yoga poses that will help you surf better, as well as classes that will help your group get ready for their next surf session.


Yoga for YOU!

We’re all just riding the wave of life! If you aren’t a surfer, but you are looking for fun and upbeat classes, BSY is the place for you! We meet you where you are and help you work toward whatever your goals may be, whether they are mental, physical, or somewhere in between! We currently offer private small group classes that are perfect for you and a group of friends and/or family! These private small group classes are also a great addition to for family gatherings, bachelorette parties, and wedding events.


What to Expect

You won’t find us chanting, using Sankrit (OK, except for Savasana!), or doing complicated pretzel yoga poses. Just easy-to-understand, effective classes. Our yoga classes are structured so that you know what you’re getting when you step on your mat. Instead of wondering what pose comes next or how much longer class is, you’ll be able to focus on the pose you’re in. This also gives you a way to check in with your body to see how things feel from one day to the next.

Each class is 45 minutes long. Our classes are upbeat and have a more athletic/power style to them. You’ll work hard and leave feeling accomplished.
